By placing a pre-order you agree to the following:
- Pre-order items are not yet in stock. Your order reserves a unit from the next incoming batch.
- Payment is charged at checkout to confirm your reservation.
- Shipping dates shown are estimates and may change. We will email you if the timeline shifts significantly.
- If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order arrives, contact us if you need them split (extra shipping may apply).
- Once delivered, pre-order items are covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy.
- If a pre-order is significantly delayed, you may request a full refund any time before it ships.
