Devices and blindfolds are in stock and leave within a day, so most UAE addresses receive them in 1 to 3 days, or the same day in Dubai when you choose that option at checkout. Framed prints are cut, mounted and checked at our Dubai workshop first and arrive in 3 to 4 days, 6 at most.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email info@lanuit.me with your order number and we will amend or refund it in full. Once a parcel is on its way, our returns policy applies.

Of course. Items from different collections ship together in one plain parcel once every piece in the order is ready.

Yes. Every device is made from body-safe silicone with an ABS core. The exact materials, dimensions, battery and rating for each piece are listed on its product page and on the specification card in the gallery.

Each device carries its own rating, shown on its product page. IPX7 pieces can be submerged briefly and used in the shower or bath. IPX6 pieces are splash-proof, so rinse them under the tap but do not submerge them. Never charge a device while it is wet.

Every device is rechargeable, with a USB, magnetic or DC charging cable in the box depending on the model. Give it a full charge before first use. Charge and run times for each piece are listed under Intensity Level and on its specification card.

All of our devices are rated at or under about 50 to 60 decibels on their highest setting, roughly the level of a quiet conversation. The figure for each piece is on its specification card.

Water-based only. Silicone-based or oil-based lubricants can damage a silicone surface over time.

Wash before and after each use with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner, then air dry fully. Store it in the pouch it came in, away from direct sunlight and other silicone items.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a short description or video. If it is faulty on arrival we will replace it. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.

Yes. Every piece in the gallery ships framed and ready to hang. Materials and frame details are listed under Materials & Framing on each product page.

Two sizes: 50 x 70 cm and 70 x 120 cm. Choose the size on the product page. Sizes & Placement on each page suggests where each size works best in a room.

Hang it out of direct sunlight and away from humid spots such as bathrooms with poor ventilation. Dust the frame and glazing with a soft dry cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the piece.

Each framed print is wrapped, protected and boxed with no branding on the outside. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours.

The Noir & Rouge Reversible is a wide satin sash with a black face and a red reverse. Noir Lace and Blanc Lace are scalloped lace masks that tie with satin ribbons. Rouge Lace is a single stretch-lace band with no ties. All four sit gently, dim the light and fold flat.

Spot-clean with a soft, barely damp cloth only. Do not soak, machine wash or iron. Air dry flat, away from heat, and store folded flat where nothing can snag the lace.

Always. Orders ship in plain packaging with no brand name, product name or imagery on the outside.

For hygiene and safety reasons, devices and blindfolds can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal intact. Once opened, they are final sale. For framed art and anything else, the full terms are in the Return & Refund Policy.
