Delivery within the UAE
Next-day delivery costs AED 15 for shipments up to 5 kg. UAE standard next-day delivery is free for orders of AED 350 or more after discounts. Same-day delivery in Dubai costs AED 25 and is excluded from the free-delivery offer. Available options and final charges are shown at checkout.
Preparation and delivery timing
Devices and blindfolds are in stock and are handed to the courier within one working day. Framed prints are cut, mounted and checked at our Dubai workshop first, then collected by the courier: allow 3 to 4 days, and at most 6, from order to delivery within the UAE. Delivery service times begin when the courier collects the parcel.
Same-day delivery in Dubai
Same-day delivery is available only for eligible Dubai addresses and parcels up to 5 kg, after the order is ready for dispatch. Courier booking must be completed before 11 AM UAE time, Monday to Saturday. No Sunday pickups. Availability is subject to courier capacity, public holidays, address coverage and parcel size restrictions. Orders placed before 11 AM are not guaranteed same-day delivery if preparation is still required. If the selected service cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to agree an alternative.
Address and tracking
Provide a complete delivery address, building and apartment or office number, area and a reachable phone number. We use discreet packaging. Tracking details are provided when available. Public holidays, courier capacity and address restrictions may affect delivery.
International delivery
International delivery is available to the countries enabled at checkout. Shipping is charged separately by destination and weight; final charges are shown at checkout. The UAE free-delivery offer does not apply. Import duties and taxes are excluded from shipping charges and may be payable by the recipient. Preparation time applies before dispatch. Contact info@lanuit.me for bulky items, shipments over 5 kg or destinations unavailable at checkout.
