You begin at the lightest weight and stay there as long as you need. There is no timetable except the one your body sets. As control builds, you move up, each new weight a small, private milestone rather than a chore ticked off a list. Ten minutes, a closed door, and a set that grows with you.

1. Empty your bladder and wash your hands and the trainer before beginning.
2. Start with the lightest weight (ball one). Insert as far as is comfortable using a little water-based lubricant if needed.
3. Gently contract and release the pelvic floor muscles, the same muscles used to stop urine flow, for 10–15 repetitions, or simply hold in place while going about a quiet task for a few minutes.
4. Remove slowly using the retrieval loop. Wash thoroughly with mild soap and warm water.
5. Build gradually: many people find a rhythm like weeks 1–2 on ball one, weeks 3–4 on ball two, and so on, moving up only once the current weight feels comfortably controlled, not before.

Care: wash before and after every use with mild soap and warm water, dry completely, store separately in the pouch provided.
