"Discreet delivery" is on every intimate wellness site and rarely explained. Here is exactly what it means for an order from La Nuit, from the box to the courier to your bank statement.
What the parcel looks like
Every order ships in plain packaging with no brand name, no product name and no imagery on the outside. Framed art travels in a protected, unmarked carton sized to the frame. Devices and accessories are sealed inside neutral packaging. There are no marketing inserts, no catalogue and no branded tape. The shipping label carries a sender name and a return address, as every courier label in the UAE must, and nothing that describes the contents.
What the courier knows
The courier sees a name, an address, a phone number and a parcel. Their scanner records a tracking number and a weight. They do not see an itemised description. If a delivery needs a phone call to find the building, the driver will ask for directions, not about the order.
What appears on your statement
Your card or bank statement shows the merchant's payment descriptor and the amount. It never lists a product name. Order confirmation emails come from info@lanuit.me with the store name in the sender field; if you would rather keep those out of a shared inbox, check out as a guest with any email address you control.
Made to order, then shipped
Every piece is made to order. A framed print is cut, mounted and framed in the size and frame colour you chose; a device is sealed and checked before it is packed. The product page and your confirmation email carry the current estimate. If you need to cancel, email info@lanuit.me with your order number as early as you can, before the piece is dispatched. Once the parcel is with the courier you receive a tracking link.
At the door
A few practical things that help:
- Use a delivery address where you can receive the parcel yourself, or a building reception that logs parcels by name only.
- Put your mobile number on the order. UAE couriers call before a first attempt more often than they ring a bell.
- If the timing is wrong, most couriers let you reschedule from the tracking link rather than leaving the parcel with a neighbour.
Returns are just as quiet
A sealed device or blindfold can be returned within 14 days in its unopened packaging; framed art is made to your specification and is replaced rather than returned if it arrives damaged or wrong.
